The workshop is designed to introduce CMMI and IT Mark – universally acknowledged methodologies for enhancing the quality of software processes and products. The CMMI requires great investments from the companies often impossible for the small firms. But ESI Center Bulgaria presented the introductory step – IT Mark – a quality seal of ESI for micro and small enterprises. It was decided to start joined organization of a pilot project on IT Mark certification. The workshop ran across with the two days (20-21 April) conference “CLUSTERS-connecting possibilities in South – East Europe” that took part in Opatjia, Croatia. The international event was organized by the Ministry of Economy, Labour and Entrepreneurship, under the auspices of Croatian Government.
